Every practice set stays inside the current SY0-701 objectives. Security Operations carries the most weight at 28%, followed by Threats, Vulnerabilities, and Mitigations at 22%.
The questions are original and focus on the multiple-choice side of Security+. The live exam also includes performance-based questions, so hands-on simulation practice belongs in your lab work.

The wrong answer should teach you something too
The useful part is not just seeing A and B marked correct. It is understanding why C looked reasonable and still failed the requirement.

Why A and B
A privileged access workstation keeps administrative credentials off the endpoint used for email and browsing. Just-in-time elevation removes standing administrative rights, shrinking what an attacker can steal and reuse after compromising a normal workstation.
Why C looks plausible
Full-disk encryption protects data at rest if a device is lost or stolen. It does not solve an active compromise after the laptop is already running and the attacker has access to the session.
D makes password cracking harder but does not separate privileged credentials from the compromised workstation. E protects web applications, not domain-controller administration.
